2. Transcribe
Apple Speech is used by default. You can optionally configure your own Doubao or Qwen cloud ASR provider.
3. Polish
Optionally connect an OpenAI-compatible LLM to clean up spoken wording into a more readable note.
4. Archive
Notes, raw transcripts, and audio stay on your device for playback, search, and re-polishing.

Chinese-first
The first release focuses on Chinese recording, Chinese transcription, and Chinese note polishing. English speech quality is not part of the release promise.

Each note can keep original audio, raw transcript, and polished text so the result remains traceable.

Third-party ASR and LLM integrations are optional BYOK paths. Voicen does not provide hosted accounts, proxy APIs, or built-in credits.

The Voicen developer does not collect, own, or process your audio, transcripts, polished notes, or provider credentials.
Third-party services are enabled by you
Audio or text is sent to a provider only when you enable a cloud ASR or LLM service yourself.
Credentials stay in the device Keychain
API keys and access tokens are stored in the current device's iOS Keychain. Non-secret settings remain in normal settings storage.
